How Our Pricing Works

Simple, Fair, and Transparent

Two Simple Parts: Rent and Care

Your monthly cost has two parts: the base rent for your apartment, and a personalized care plan based on the support you actually need. Together they form one clear monthly rate, with every charge disclosed before move-in. There are no buy-in fees and no long-term contracts.

Why Our Pricing Is Different

Fair by Design

We price the way we would want our own families priced: only for the care actually used, with every charge disclosed up front and reviewed as needs change. No level-up shock, no surprises.

What This Means for Your Family

  • Transparent: every charge disclosed before move-in
  • Fair: pay only for the care you use
  • Flexible: month-to-month with a 30-day notice
  • Right-sized: plans reviewed at one week, 30 days, and every 90 days
  • No buy-in: no large upfront fees

Your monthly cost has two parts: base rent for your apartment plus a personalized care plan for the support you actually need. Together they form one clear monthly rate.

Instead of broad care levels that cause a big jump when needs change, each service is assigned points. Your points are added up and you pay only for the care you actually receive. We walk you through your personalized point total during a one-on-one consultation.

We review every care plan after the first week, again at 30 days, and every 90 days after that, or any time a resident’s condition changes, so you never pay for more care than you need.

No. Arcadia is month-to-month with a 30-day notice. There are no large buy-in fees and no long-term leases, which keeps the decision low-risk for your family.
