CCPA/CPRA Privacy Notice (California Residents)

This CCPA Privacy Notice supplements the information contained in our general Privacy Policy and applies solely to visitors, users, and others who reside in the State of California.   • Personal Information Categories (Cal. Civ. Code § 1798.80): Phone number and medical/health information provided during inquiries.

  • Protected Classification Characteristics: Age (senior status).

  • Internet/Network Activity: Browsing history and interaction with our website.

2. Purpose of Collection

We collect this information for the business purposes described in our main Privacy Policy, including:

  • Processing inquiries for senior living and care services.

  • Fulfilling tour requests and admissions applications.

  • Internal analytics and website optimization.

3. Sharing and Selling of Personal Information

  • No Sale of Data: Arcadia Senior Living does not sell your personal information to third parties for monetary or other valuable consideration.

  • No Sharing for Cross-Context Behavioral Advertising: We do not share your personal information with third parties for the purpose of cross-context behavioral advertising.

  • Service Providers: We may disclose your information to service providers (like our CRM or email host) solely for the business purpose of serving you.

4. Your Rights Under the CCPA/CPRA

California residents have the following rights:

  • Right to Know: You can request that we disclose what personal information we have collected, used, and shared about you over the past 12 months.

  • Right to Delete: You can request that we delete the personal information we have collected from you, subject to certain legal exceptions (such as maintaining records for healthcare compliance).

  • Right to Correct: You have the right to request that we correct inaccurate personal information.

  • Right to Opt-Out of Sale/Sharing: Since we do not sell or share data for advertising, this is maintained by default.

  • Right to Non-Discrimination: We will not discriminate against you (e.g., by denying service or providing a different quality of care) for exercising your privacy rights.

We do not use or disclose “Sensitive Personal Information” (as defined by the CPRA) for purposes other than to provide the specific senior living services requested by the consumer or as required by law.
